Jay-Z and a business partner sue baseball star David Ortiz and claimed that the Boston Red Sox player's nightclub named after the Dominican hip-hop mogul chain of 40/40 nightclubs. "David Ortiz is fully aware of plaintiff Manhattan 40/40 Club, a patron since he had it several times before he opened his offenses Forty / Forty Club", said the action Court documents filed contain photographs of Ortiz to the association. The 40/40 Club lawyers also asked the court to block the club from using the name on his Forty Forty Club website.
