Nancy Kerrigan

The brother of figure skater Nancy Kerrigan with manslaughter in the death of her 70-year-old father in what was seen as a drunken rage prosecutors in a dispute over a trivial use of the telephone family commissioned the Middlesex prosecutors said on Thursday.
Mark Kerrigan, 45, was a Middlesex Superior Court Grand Jury in the 24th January death of Daniel Kerrigan indicted.

He had been with assault and battery were run on an older person who brought the serious bodily injury. As will be published on bail after a psychiatric evaluation, he has with his mother in the family home, Stoneham, where the alleged attack took place lived.

Mark Kerrigan's "ill-considered actions and complete disregard of his father's safety and wellbeing" resulted in his death, District Attorney Leone said Gerry in announcing the indictment.
