A California woman claims that Steven Seagal hired her under the guise of Executive Assistant, but tried to treat them "as his sex toy" on their arrival in his home Louisiana. Kayden Nguyen brought against the Steven Seagal stars Lawman on Monday in Los Angeles accused him of sexual assault to prevent the illegal trafficking of women for sex, the failure of sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and false representation on employment, according to the legal documents requested by TLC.

Nguyen, a 23-year-old former model claims that she responded to an ad on Craigslist in February looking for an executive assistant for a production company and later landed the position after the action.
